How much time should I spend in Lisbon?

You could spend a lifetime in Lisbon, but three days is a good start. If you’re able to add more time, then you can also do day trips to Belém for some history and culture, or Cascais for beautiful beaches with crystal-clear waters.

Do I need to rent a car?

If you’re just coming for the wedding, then you should be able to get around with taxis. If you want to spend a bit of time at the beach (a 40-minute drive from the venue) in the mornings, then a car could come in handy – the venue offers free parking. We have had a good experience with AVIS in central Lisbon.

What should I pack?

Some of the event will be taking place outdoors so we suggest bringing layers (the Portuguese weather can be quite unpredictable!) and avoiding stilettos.
